1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 1 day of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original "Bourji Jewelry" tags and packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or that show signs of wear or damage.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via email or phone within 2 hours of receiving your order to facilitate an exchange. Please ensure that you retain the item in its original packaging for return. Once we receive the item, we will conduct an inspection and then reach out to you regarding either an exchange or a refund.

2. Proof of Purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • In case the item is a gift, the gift certificate & the original gift tag should still be intact.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or in store credit.
  • Please allow up to maximum 1 week for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

4. Exclusions

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Unreported damaged items.
  • Worn items.
